Terms of Use

Welcome to Liopep - a digital gym. This user agreement governs your use of Liopep AB's digital training resources via our website liopep.com and/or our mobile application. By registering on liopep.com or in our app, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. As a user of the services, you also agree to Liopep's privacy policy, data collection, and handling of personal information. For organizations, employees accept these terms for usage themselves. The service cannot be used without accepting these terms, which also include the use of cookies for necessary purposes. Subscriptions and memberships are intended for your personal use only and not for commercial purposes. This means that you may not use the service to make money or for business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any of the content without our approval. It is your responsibility to use our service in a legal and respectful manner and not to share illegal, offensive, or abusive material.

Binding Agreement

When you as a customer have ordered our services, such as ordering via our website, you become bound by the agreement. We become bound after confirming your order, if such confirmation is required. Once the agreement is entered, it applies between you and Liopep according to the order and the general terms described below. The agreement is automatically renewed after each contract period until either party terminates the agreement.

Right of Withdrawal

Private individuals have the right to withdraw from their subscription within 14 days from the registration date or another period according to the legislation of the country. For organizations, there is no right of withdrawal.

Organizations Agreement

Organizations can subscribe to annual memberships for their employees and undertake to pay for all employees who sign up for the service through the means provided by Liopep. The agreement is automatically renewed unless terminated according to the termination instructions provided on Liopep's website or within the service. For employees who sign up during the year, payment is made for quarterly usage, i.e., full price is paid for employees who sign up during the first 3 months, 3/4 for those who sign up during the subsequent 3 months, and so on. The price follows a price list with different price levels for different users. The organization undertakes to inform Liopep about employees who will terminate their subscription before the agreed expiration.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental consent and supervision to use our services. Liopep offers a family account, where one account acts as an organizer for a group of users who also take responsibility for other users' usage of the service in accordance with this agreement.

Registration and Account Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You may not transfer your account to anyone else without written consent from Liopep AB.

Fees and Payment

By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the chosen subscription. The fees are debited monthly or annually, depending on the subscription you have chosen. You agree that we may debit your payment method for these fees. Payment is automatically renewed until you, as a customer, terminate the subscription. A free trial period may be included at the time of registration, and you automatically accept automatic payment when the trial period ends.

Termination

As a private individual, you can terminate your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the termination instructions. The termination takes effect at the next billing period. For organizations, termination of single user usage can be made at any time, and the termination applies to the next billing period.

Disclaimer from Liopep

When you use Liopep's services, you are responsible for how you use them and how you interpret the content. It is important that you are aware of this and fully accept it. You use the service at your own risk and responsibility. By using our digital gym and training program, the user acknowledges that they understand that exercise is at their own risk and that Liopep AB and its employees take no responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the training. Users are encouraged to consult a physician before starting any training program and to follow safety instructions carefully, especially if they have any existing medical conditions or injuries. By using the services, the user releases Liopep AB and its staff from all liability for damages or losses.

Disclaimer for Interruptions

Liopep AB disclaims responsibility for any interruptions in access to our services caused by third parties or technical systems, including but not limited to network problems, system maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control. If there are delays or errors from Liopep's side towards you as a customer, you have the right to request that the error be corrected appropriately. However, you are not entitled to any other compensation than that provided by legislation in such cases.

Price and Payment

In order for you as a customer to sign the agreement and access the subscription, you must register a valid payment method. You can easily change or update your payment method on your membership pages. The subscription fee is earned in full by Liopep at the time of payment, and no refund is made after the payment has been completed. Liopep has the right to increase the price by changing the price on its website Liopep.com. For the customer, however, price increases that occurred before the renewal of the agreement apply.

Dispute Resolution

The agreement is governed by Swedish law, and any disputes shall be settled by Swedish general courts. The customer also has the opportunity to take the dispute to the General Complaints Board (ARN) for review. In addition to this, the customer can seek advice from consumer advisors to resolve any disputes smoothly.
